At LotsHouse, we are committed to delivering high-quality American outdoor and household products and providing a smooth customer experience. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a refund or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and unassembled, and you must provide clear photos and order details as proof.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we’ve reviewed and accepted your request, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used or assembled. Clearance or final sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to contact us with your order details and issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will send out the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
